How to disable qualification reminders for former staff

Qualification Reminders cannot currently be deleted from a user’s profile. However, you can effectively disable reminders for qualifications belonging to staff members who have left the company.

Disable the reminders

  1. Open the former staff member’s user profile.
  2. Locate their existing qualification.
  3. Change the qualification reminder date to a date 100 years into the future.
  4. Save the change.

The qualification will remain on the user’s profile, but reminders will no longer be generated during normal use.

Important note

This workaround does not delete the qualification or its reminder. It simply moves the reminder date far enough into the future to prevent unwanted notifications.
