How to remove an aborted Job from the Calendar & Job Queue completely (and bring it back if you need)

If a job has been aborted and you no longer want it displayed in the calendar, move it into the Job Queue.

The Job Queue only displays jobs with one of these statuses:

• Preparation
• Pending
• Current
• Complete

Because jobs with the status Aborted are automatically filtered out, moving an aborted job into the Job Queue makes it disappear from the calendar.

Returning an aborted job to the calendar

The job has not been deleted and can be scheduled again later.

To return it to the calendar:

1. Find the job through the Jobs List or the CRM.
2. Open the job.
3. Change its status from Aborted to an active job status.
4. Schedule the job in the calendar again.

An aborted job cannot be scheduled again until its status has been changed.
