Adding or changing your company logo

How to Change Your Company Logo

Your company logo is displayed throughout JGID and appears on documents such as quotes, invoices, reports and other customer-facing documents.

You can upload multiple logos and choose which one is currently active at any time.

Step 1 – Open Company Details

  1. Click your Company Logo (or profile icon) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Company Details.
  3. Click on your company name to open the company profile.

Step 2 – Upload a New Logo

Within your company profile, locate the Files section.

Click Add Files and upload your new company logo.

Once the upload has completed, the logo will be available for use.

Step 3 – Set the Logo as the Main Logo

After uploading your logo, click Set as Main.

The logo marked as Main becomes your active company logo and will automatically be used throughout JGID.

This includes documents such as:

  • Quotes
  • Invoices
  • Reports
  • Certificates
  • Other customer-facing documents that display your company branding

Important: Simply uploading a logo does not make it active. You must select Set as Main for it to become your default company logo.

Managing Multiple Logos

You can store multiple logos in your company profile.

This is useful if your business has:

  • Different brands
  • Seasonal logos
  • Marketing variations
  • Old logos you may wish to reuse later

To change your active logo at any time, simply select another uploaded image and click Set as Main.

The change takes effect immediately.

Removing Old Logos

If you no longer need a logo, you can delete it from your company profile.

Removing unused logos helps keep your file library organised.

Best Practice

For the best results:

  • Upload a high-quality version of your logo.
  • Use a clear image with good resolution.
  • Keep older logos if you think you may need them again in the future.
  • Only set one logo as the Main logo at a time.
