Managing Logged-in Devices

Overview

Your JGID account keeps track of the devices and browser sessions you're currently signed in on.

Reviewing your active devices helps keep your account secure and allows you to sign out of devices you no longer use or trust.

Viewing Your Active Devices

To view your active sessions:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select your name.
  3. Click Manage Account.
  4. Scroll to the Devices section.

Here you'll see the devices and browser sessions currently signed in to your account.

Trusting a Device

You can choose to trust devices that you regularly use.

Trusted devices make signing in quicker while still maintaining the security of your account.

Only trust devices that are personally owned or that you know are secure.

Logging Out of Other Devices

If you've signed in on a shared computer, lost a device or suspect someone else may have access to your account, you can remotely sign out of your other sessions.

Selecting Log Out Other Devices will sign you out of every other active session while keeping you signed in on your current device.

The next time those devices attempt to access JGID, they'll need to sign in again.

When Should You Log Out of Other Devices?

Consider signing out of your other devices if:

  • You've changed your password.
  • You've lost or replaced a device.
  • You used a public or shared computer.
  • You believe someone else may have accessed your account.

Best Practice

  • Regularly review your active devices.
  • Only trust devices that you personally use.
  • Log out of devices you no longer own or use.
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
