Troubleshooting Login Issues
Overview
If you're unable to log in to JGID, don't worry. Most login issues can be resolved by following the steps below.
This article applies to logging into the JGID Business Software at myjgid.com.
Have You Accepted Your Invitation?
New users must accept their invitation before they can log in.
When your account is created, you'll receive an invitation email allowing you to:
- Accept the invitation.
- Create your password.
- Log in to JGID.
If you can't find the invitation email, check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.
Forgot Your Password?
If you've already accepted your invitation but can't remember your password:
- Go to myjgid.com.
- Select Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
If you don't receive the reset email, check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.
Is Your User Account Enabled?
Administrators can enable or disable user accounts.
If your account has been disabled, you won't be able to log in until it has been enabled again.
If you're unsure, contact your company administrator or JGID Support.
Has Your Account Been Disconnected?
A user can be disconnected from a company without being deleted.
If your account has been disconnected, you won't be able to access that company's JGID account, even if your user profile still exists.
Contact your company administrator or JGID Support if you believe this has happened.
Logging in to JGID Forms & Reporting?
The JGID Forms & Reporting app uses a separate login from the JGID Business Software.
If you're having trouble accessing Forms & Reporting, please contact JGID Support.
Still Can't Log In?
If you've:
- Accepted your invitation.
- Reset your password.
- Checked your Spam or Junk folder.
- Confirmed your account is enabled.
...and you're still unable to log in, please contact JGID Support so we can investigate further.
Best Practice
- Bookmark myjgid.com for quick access.
- Keep your email address up to date.
- Use a strong password.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional security.
- Consider adding a Passkey for a faster and more secure sign-in experience.
