Logging in to JGID
Overview
There are several ways to access JGID depending on the device and product you're using.
This article explains where to log in and which credentials to use.
Logging in from a Desktop or Laptop
The quickest way to access JGID is to go directly to:

You can also visit jgid.com and select Login, which will redirect you to the same page.
Logging in on a Mobile Device
Download the JGID app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Use the same email address and password that you use to log in to myjgid.com.
Your desktop and mobile logins are the same for the JGID Business Software.
JGID Forms & Reporting
The JGID Forms & Reporting app uses a separate login from the JGID Business Software.
User accounts for Forms & Reporting are created and managed by the JGID Support team.
If you need access or are experiencing login issues, please contact JGID Support.
New Users
New users are created by the JGID Support team.
Once your account has been created, you'll receive an invitation email allowing you to:
- Accept your invitation.
- Create your password.
- Log in to JGID.
If you haven't received your invitation, check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.
