Understanding the JGID Business Mobile App

Overview

The JGID Business Mobile App connects your office and field teams, giving technicians everything they need to complete their work while keeping the office updated in real time.

Using the app, technicians can view their scheduled Jobs, access project information, clock in and out, complete Worksheets, view & record important Field Notes, complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs), capture customer signatures and more.

Managers and supervisors have additional features, including the ability to view team schedules, manage Jobs and make scheduling changes directly from the app.

Unlike the JGID Forms App, which is a native app designed to work offline, the JGID Business App requires an internet connection. This allows everyone to work from the same live information, ensuring changes made in the office are immediately available in the field, and updates from the field are instantly available back in the office.
